Arco di Settimio Severo (Villa Borghese)

A nineteenth-century folly at Largo Santander, at the entrance to the Giardino del Lago, built in the Roman manner with a statue of the emperor Septimius Severus on top. It is not an ancient monument, and it is not the Forum arch of the same name in the rione Campitelli.
History
Luigi Canina designed it and placed the emperor's statue at its summit.
