Avenue C Plaza
Attraction · Kensington, New York
A public plaza made from a long-unused vacant lot that residents pushed to reclaim. Council Member Shahana Hanif described it in 2022 as having hosted art installations, Ramadan iftar dinners and Dia de los Muertos observances. It is not a registered NYC Parks property.
