Listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 3, 1987: 210 contributing structures across 122 acres in Greek Revival, Late Victorian and Queen Anne styles, built around the 1856 Sprague cotton mill and its successor, the Baltic Mills Company. A public, freely walkable streetscape.
