Bellamy-Ferriday House & Garden

Built in stages from 1754 to 1767 for preacher Joseph Bellamy and later the summer home of human-rights advocate Caroline Ferriday. The formal garden holds historic roses, peonies and lilacs. Open May-September, Thursday-Sunday noon-4 p.m., plus Saturdays in October; tours on the hour. Admission $18 house tour, $14 garden tour, $10 grounds pass.
