A 444-acre park with swimming, hiking, fishing and picnicking around Black Rock Pond, bisected by the Mattatuck Trail and one of Connecticut's designated trout parks. 78 campsites and four rustic cabins; 2026 camping season May 22-October 12. An alcohol ban is in force parkwide. Open daily 8 a.m.-sunset.
