A restaurant at 35 Main Street built around a 'flight' concept: shareable sets of three, including land-and-sea flights of filet, wagyu, ribeye, lobster and scallops, food flights of egg rolls, sliders, bruschetta, truffle fries and mac and cheese, and espresso martini and cocktail flights. Open daily 11am to 9pm, and to 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
