Deacon John Grave House
Historic site · Madison, Connecticut
A 1685 saltbox home occupied by seven generations of the Grave family; free tours led by costumed docents, with hearth-cooking demonstrations and gardens maintained by the Garden Club of Madison.
History
Built in 1685; the Grave family's original account books survive at the Connecticut State Library. Participates in Madison's 2026 bicentennial celebrations.
