Harwinton Historical Society — First District School House & Barn Museum

A one-room schoolhouse built in 1840, relocated by the Lions Club in 1972 and restored by the historical society, beside a replica 1800s barn museum with blacksmith bellows, sleighs and butter churns. Open for scheduled events; check the society's 2026 program calendar.
