Hilltop Farm

A 20,000-square-foot white dairy barn built in 1914 for Indian Motocycle co-founder George Hendee, rescued from sale by the Friends of the Farm at Hilltop in 2002. Anchors 11 owned acres plus 60 leased conservation acres, with nature trails, community gardens and a working creamery selling rotating ice cream flavors, including vegan and gluten-free — creamery hours are not separately published, so confirm before a special trip.
