John Bishop House Museum

An 11-room Georgian farmhouse built in 1810 by John Bishop at age 79, with only three owner families in its history. Interior survivals include seven fireplaces and a granite basement fireplace with crane and iron cauldron. Town-owned, leased to the Lisbon Historical Society; open for summer tours and the Fall Festival — check the town newsletter for current dates.
