Leffingwell House Museum
Historic site · Norwich, Connecticut
A 1675 two-room home that became a pre-Revolutionary tavern by 1701 and by 1776 was the townhouse of Patriot Christopher Leffingwell; the adjacent Joseph Carpenter Silversmith Shop is also toured. Open seasonally April-October, Saturdays 11 a.m.-3 p.m. ($8/person); tours by appointment year-round.
