North Beach Branch Library

The North Beach Branch of the San Francisco Public Library is at 850 Columbus Avenue. The branch opened on 10 May 2014 and was undertaken by the firm of Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects, with funding secured from Proposition D, approved by voters in November 2007. An earlier North Beach Branch stood at 2000 Mason Street.

History

The library's own branch page names Sound Sculptures by Bill Fontana as an installed work at 850 Columbus Avenue.
