Opened in September 2025 by East Haven native Patrick Hennessey inside the family-owned Forbes Premium Fuel gas station, serving New Haven-style apizza by the slice and whole — tomato pie, the Florina with spinach and roasted red peppers, and mashed potato and bacon among them.
