A 25-acre National Register district listed July 31, 1987, with 24 contributing buildings in Greek Revival, Georgian and Federal styles, including the 1812 Preston City Baptist Church and the 1733 Ephraim Jones House, later the town poorhouse. A public streetscape, viewable year-round from Route 164.
