The 1904 Gair No. 8 factory, among the earliest large-scale reinforced-concrete factory buildings erected in the United States. It now houses Etsy's headquarters.
History
Built for the paper-box manufacturer Robert Gair by Turner Construction to designs by the architect William Higginson. Gair's dominance of the surrounding blocks gave the area the name Gairville.
