San Nicola dei Lorenesi
Historic site · Parione, Lazio
The church stands in Largo Febo. it.wikipedia records that after the annexation of Lorraine to France in 1766 it was integrated into the Pieux Établissements de la France à Rome et Lorette, and that it is one of the five French Catholic churches in Rome, named alongside San Luigi dei Francesi, Trinità dei Monti, Sant'Ivo dei Bretoni and Santi Claudio e Andrea dei Borgognoni.
History
No source states the architect. The only aggregator field offering one resolves to a person who could not have built it, which is a good reason to resolve every such field to a name before trusting it.
