She Wolf Bakery

An artisan bakery making naturally leavened bread from organic regional grains, supplying restaurants and selling at retail and at farmers markets. By its own account it began baking in 2009 in a wood oven at the restaurant Roman's, took its own production space in Greenpoint in 2012 and moved to the Navy Yard in 2024; the baker Austin Hall is named in connection with that original wood-oven bread. Its Market @ 77 hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm.
