A work by Andy Goldsworthy of 2008, built from the trunks of 37 Monterey cypress trees felled in the Presidio's reforestation. It is fifteen feet in diameter and rises more than 90 feet.

History

It stands on the Bay Area Ridge Trail near the Arguello Gate.
