American Bank Note Company Printing Plant
Historic site · Hunts Point, New York
A Gothic-inspired printing plant at 1201 Lafayette Avenue, designed by Kirby, Petit & Green and built between 1909 and 1911. The building holds a charter school and offices of the Human Resources Administration.
History
The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission designated the site a New York City landmark in 2008, on Designation List 400 as LP-2298, dated February 5, 2008.
