Beaver Brook Farm

Home to the Sankow family since 1917, the 175-acre farm added sheep in 1984 and cattle in 2002, now producing artisan sheep and cow's-milk cheeses, ricotta-based spreads, lamb, poultry and wool. Specific store hours are not posted online — call (860) 434-2843 before visiting.
