Buddakan

The New York branch of Stephen Starr's Pan-Asian chain, inside Chelsea Market at 75 Ninth Avenue; the first Buddakan opened in Philadelphia in 1998, at 325 Chestnut Street. The menu is built to share — dim sum, noodle soups, seafood and whole Peking duck. A Meatpacking District neighborhood site describes it as a 260-seat modern Chinese restaurant.
