Museo Palatino (Antiquarium del Palatino)

The museum of the Palatine, on the hill itself. it.wikipedia records that an earlier Antiquarium was created in the later nineteenth century by Pietro Rosa in a Farnese building.
History
it.wikipedia says that building was demolished by Rodolfo Lanciani in 1882 to link the Forum and Palatine excavations, and the collections went to the Terme di Diocleziano; the present museum stems from Alfonso Bartoli's initiative in the 1930s.
