New Amsterdam Theatre

Opened October 26, 1903, and home to the Ziegfeld Follies through much of 1913-1927; Disney restored the theater 1995-1997, and its Beaux-Arts exterior and Art Nouveau interior were designated New York City landmarks in 1979 and listed on the National Register in 1980. Now operated by Disney Theatrical Group, home to the musical Aladdin.
