A palace built for Cardinal Scipione Borghese in the early 1600s on the site of the Terme di Costantino.

History

Roma Capitale names Flaminio Ponzio and then Carlo Maderno as its architects, and the Fleming Giovanni Vasanzio for the garden and the nymphaeum. It passed later to the Altemps, the Bentivoglio and the Lante.
