The boathouse at the north part of Stow Lake, a gabled building with horizontal wood siding and an asphalt-shingled roof. It rents American-made row and pedal boats by the hour and runs a cafe serving from lattes to local wine and from hamburgers to salads. No source states its opening hours, so none are given here.
History
The boathouse was first constructed in 1893 and rebuilt in 1946. It provides space for boat rentals, a food concession, a gardeners' office and a concession office.
