The former 510-acre summer estate of brass heiress Edith Morton Chase, bequeathed to the state at her death in 1972; its centerpiece is her 1925 English Tudor Revival cottage. Open daily, 8 a.m. to sunset, free, with cottage tours on the second and fourth weekends from June through October.
