History
Italian Wikipedia's article on the rione describes the Villino Semiradski as eclectic and 19th-century, by Francesco Azzurri, and records that it now houses the Comando Carabinieri Banca d'Italia. Azzurri is the same architect who designed the Monumento ai Caduti di Dogali, also in this rione.
