Nye-Holman State Forest

An 818-acre state forest spanning Tolland, Ellington and Willington along the Willimantic River, including the Cole-Wilde Trout Management Area (fly-fishing only). The Tolland section holds an archery range and a youth-group campground. Open daily 8 a.m.-sunset, free, leashed pets.
